Walnut Jewlery Box

This jewelry box combines maple and walnut with walnut wooden hinges. This box measures 12" x 8" x 5" high and 1/2" thick. The piece incorporates box joints for all joinery.

This jewelry box is lined with suede cloth and has a bottom divider and upper tray. The box has two handcrafted walnut hinges.

Cedar has been used in the bottom divider to give the box a pleasant scent.

The top of the box is maple that is seated into groves in the lid frame to allow for movement.
