This
multi jewelry box combination uses cherry, purple heart, maple, walnut
and brass to form this functional art piece. This piece measures 24" x
11" x
15" high. The piece is comprised of two ring boxes and two larger
boxes with two separate sections.

This is a
maple and walnut box used for small jewelry pieces
or whatever you
wish to put in it! It
measures 7" x 5" x 2.25" and is 1/2" thick (inside
measures 1.5" deep). This attractive
box is joined with double dovetail
joinery. The lid to this box is laminated maple and walnut. The box is
connected to a piece of sculpted walnut which connects to a laminated
walnut, purple heart and maple post. The sculpted walnut base
incorporates a brass rod for hanging necklaces and bracelets.

The second box is sculpted out of
solid cherry and has two sections for small jewelry pieces.

This piece has two ring boxes. One is
sculpted of cherry and is attached to the sculpted laminated cherry,
purple-heart and maple post with walnut dowels that are countersunk into
the box and post. The other (in the forefront) is maple and is attached
to the solid lyptus base. |
The
cherry laminated post is sculpted while the laminated walnut post is
not. The two styles compliment each other and at the same time offer
distinct contrast to the piece.

The laminated walnut post has brass
inlay incorporated into each side.
